AFROBEAT NIGHT WITH FEMI KOYA AT THE HOMBAZE CUISINE IN SANDTON

30th September 2017, The movers and the shakers in the Nigerian community in Johannesburg gathered at the Hombaze African Cuisine in Sandton to celebrate Nigeria’s 57th Independence Party.

The party was attended by the Consul General, Godwin Adama and many Nigerian elites in Johannesburg.

Femi Koya and the Afrobeat band serenaded the guest with his afro-fusion sounds and afrobeat.

It was really nice…I haven’t gone for such in a long time. The music was good and turn out wasn’t bad also. Even the Consular General was there, said Tolu Oshokoya.

Femi Koya also said there will be more shows at the Home Baze cuisine.

Femi Koya will be performing again at the Orbit on Thursday, 19 October for Felabration ” Celebrating 20 years of Fela Kuti’s Legacy”
